Public awareness of hemp & it's qualities has grown dramatically due to the worldwide marketing effort that has taken place in recent years. We will continue marketing hemp & bamboo clothing as a SUPERIOR FASHION ALTERNATIVE focusing on the environmental advantages, durability, quality & comfort. Hemp fibre can be made into: all grades of paper, textiles, building materials, fiberglass replacement products, lightweight sandwich boards, composite boards, fuel & absorbency products: kitty litter, potting mix, nappies & femcare products. The hemp seed is far more nutritious than even soybean. It contains more Essential Fatty Acids (EFA’s) & is second only to soybeans in complete protein (in a form more digestibly by humans). It is high in B Vitamins & is 35% dietary fibre. It does not contain THC (the chemical in marijuana that produces a high). The seed can be used in various forms including muesli bars, cakes, biscuits, butter paste, non dairy milk, tofu & cheese, ice cream, the essential & cold pressed oils used in cosmetics (shampoo, soaps, moisturizes), as well as having therapeutic qualities similar to evening primrose oil, cod liver oil, flaxseed oil & soybean supplements. |
